DELIVERY INFORMATION
— Shipment —
Once orders are approved, products in stock ship from France in the shortest time possible, generally within 48-72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays).
— Delivery with Shipment Tracking —
All deliveries are shipped via the french Post or “Colissimo” package shipping, with a tracking number*. An e-mail (please think to check your spam folder!) will be sent to you when your order ships, allowing you to track your package.
*Tracking may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
— Delivery Costs —
It’s simple and predictable: one flat rate per order, regardless of how much you buy. Delivery costs include fees for preparing, packing, and shipping your order.
Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco: 7,20 euros.
Switzerland and UK: 14 euros.
Europe (except for specific territories): 15,60 euros.
Other destinations: 19 euros.
— Delivery Time —
Average delivery time beginning on the day packages are shipped (working days).
France: 3 days.
Switzerland, UK and Europe: 4 to 8 days.
Other destinations: 8 to 15 days … or more. It depends on the driver!
— Delivery area —
Delivery is currently possible in the following countries: France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Monaco, The Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA).
